So I went to Patriots.com and registered myself in the "FanZone" then filled out the form for The Store.

When I get through that and submit it, the resulting Web page asks for a list of the names and addresses and emails of "members" of the fan club, and provide the attached spreadsheet for the convenience of collecting the information - as you need to submit this information for at least 10 people to get listed on Patriots.com.

So... anyone want to provide this info to the Patriots?!  If so, feel free to forward it to me and I will fill out the form.  If not, no worries... The Store is still listed on the home page of GoPats.com!  :)
