Last season, after refusing to purchase a card, my boyfriend and I went to
the Common Ground. (We spent more there than the $40 that the 2 cards
would have cost, but it's the principal of the thing). Anyway, the game
was on, but there wasn't sound. I think Scott's right; the Pats take
priority. It's a pretty small place, too, so we'd almost fill it. I vote
that we keep that in mind but explore other options.

Hey,
How's everyone enjoying the offseason? I've been to the Depot a few times
since the season ended and here's what I know. They're definitely closing
by the end of June, and they're changing their name to Captain Fishbones.
I believe there's one in Marina Bay also. Also, they're changing the back
room to a winery, so they say. And most importantly, they're getting rid
of all the satellite dishes. When the new place opens, they will have 4
TV's and it'll be a much more formal setting.
I do know someone who watches the Steelers each week at the Common Ground,
and he's said great things about the place. I do recall him saying the
Steeler games are a top priority and they do come with sound. I've never
been there, so I'm only telling you what I've heard, but that may be our
best bet right now, since it's fairly close to the Depot. Oh he also told
me, you DON'T have to purchase a gift card there. Maybe relocating will
get the Steelers back to the Bowl, where they belong!!
