Beautiful stuff Dave. The Strip lams alone are exquisite and then
you add the Jade inlays. I bet the pictures don't do them justice as
I've seen your strip lams in person so I know the pictures do not do
them justice. I watched one of those "How things are made" programs
on strip lams on Discovery channel or whereever it was and it is
amazing that you can make the finished product look so good!
John exposed me to a strip lam made by Doug Dufrenz ( spelling ) who
is up in the Northwest with you so I'm guessing maybe you two know
each other. John gave me one of his boomerangs and I'm really sorry
I'm botching Doug's name as he was the real deal in boomerang making
when he was into it.
David, I was personally asked at least 4 times by people how much to
buy your boomerangs at the event and I wasn't even at the booth
dude! I spent virtually all day videotaping and every time I walked
by the booth someone said how much for these boomerangs over here!
I'm hoping to get a lot more stuff uploaded soon. I'm getting
swamped with photo requests and such. Talk to you soon.
Dana
