Glorious' or KC's posts; I just had breakfast with the President of
CBS Sports who assured me that yes, you will see more of Bonnie this
weekend. APRIL FOOL! Yes, the "breakfast" part was a joke, but it is
no joke that Our Bonnieness has been under-used, so we'll see what
happens this weekend. Oh, Bench, great new ballpark in Cincy, and
that's no joke.

THERE'S A COMMERCIAL, TOO: Canukk brought up Nantz's cameo on "Yes,
Dear;" well, it seems Packer's play-by-play partner has some
commercial work, too. In a spot that premiered this past weekend,
Nantz and his golf broadcast buddies are at a fast-food drive-thru,
where Nantz gives the fast-food order in his "golf voice," thoroughly
confusing the person taking the order, who can hear Nantz's
colleagues, but not Nantz. The name of the spot: CBS Sports: The
Voice of Golf. Would you like fries with that?

NOTES FROM "UP NORTH" Tigers have the day off today after losing to
the Twins on Opening Day, 3-1. Yes, Canukk, it does feel a little
funny without Ernie. Red Wings blanked Nashville 3-0; Pistons take on
Canukk's Raptors tonight in Toronto. For the record, Glorious, we do
have the Lugnuts in Lansing, (Cubs) there's also the West Michigan
Whitecaps, (Grand Rapids, Tigers) and the Michigan BattleCats are now
known as the Battle Creek Yankees.

IF ANYONE CARES: NIT semi-finals are in New York tonight with
Minnesota taking on Georgetown and St. John's taking on Bobby Knight
