Wow the North American Championships just finished up (this is the contest
where Canada, Mexico and the US can all compete against one another.
Hypothetically it should be more competitive than the Nationals or the USA
that wasn't the case this year but some very good competitors showed up with
a very deserving Brian Chamberlain taking the overall. At 5'4" he took the
Light heavies with more muscle than anyone else in the contest and his
conditioning was spot on too.
