Good pic....looks like you are doing ok!

Blast the hell out of your chest...it's lagging. Also, you can increase
arm size dramatically by torturing your triceps...they can take the
punishment. They grow amazingly fast, and they are 2/3 the size of a
developed arm.

Eat 1.5 times your weight in quaity protein per day....5-6 small meals
so you are constantly feeding your muscles with protein....egg whites.
lean chicken (breast), turkey, white fish, tuna, etc. If you are not
doing it, get a good protein powder...Designer Protein is as good as any
- 2-3 shakes per day using skim milk.

Avoid processed foods...any thing that comes in a box....steamed veggies
are good.

Get a membership at a tanning salon in your area....your muscles look
better, and it is actually an incentive to gain.

LIFT HEAVY!!!!!

regards...JB

Subject: [Bodybuilding for Men] Advise?

Hey guys.

I've attached a pic so you can give me some advice.

I want to get bigger and i just can't seem to get anywhere. I've worked off what little fat I had and you can see that I am muscled, just not big.

I know all about genetics and body types, so I know that I'll never be Arnold, but I know there is a way to get bulky(er).

The problem is that "weight gain" foods put weight on in the wrong places, and if I diet weight comes off everywhere, including what little muscle I have. It's all very frustrating.

What pisses me off is that all the bodybuilder magazines have murky, vague diet tips like "Make sure you eat alot of protien" (What's "alot"? What is full of protien?) and "Be careful of foods high in carbs. (What's "high"? What are these foods? How best to prepare them?"  It's all just too much for me to study and read up on it. I'm a busy man. I need real food advice.

So, my question is, IS there a recipe book for bodybuilders that any of you know of? Something that doesn't say useless shit that requires further research, but actually says things like "Here is what you eat on day 1 and here is how to prepare it" kind of advice?

Carl
