February 15th 2003 is the date of the Ironman the first IFBB competition of the
year. The venue is Torrance California and tickets can be ordered by
phoning 1-800-447-0008 ext. 1 .

The competitor line up is impressive Jay Cutler, Flex Wheeler, Quincy Taylor,
the welcome return of Aaron Baker and much much more to make a truly
awesome show. Any members fortunate enough to attend please post a brief
description. As always, I will post photos when I can get them.

As bodybuilding fans we should all make the effort to come out and support
these shows and athletes

To all East Coast bodybuilders especially in New Jersey. Watch out for the
Mid Atlantic USA contest. This is a NABBA contest and could be a good way
to gain exposure on the National and International scene. Great to support an
alternative ot the Weider empire in bodybuilding as well. It's a great way to

In other news, I will be attending the San Francisco Bodybuilding Invitational.
I
will be writing my impressions of the contest and posting a few pictures taken
at prejudging. Remember last year's Invitational was the great Lee Priest's
first win!!

Should be a great bodybuilding season with plenty of surprises and plenty of
great competitions from the athletes!!
