Hi folks.
I'm just about to start using Animal Stack 2, but I have some questions before using it.
The directions are to take the product 45 minutes before the workout, or at breakfast on non-workout days. My issue is that I workout at 5:00 a.m. Thursday to Friday on an empty stomach. I don't know if I should take Animal Stack 2 on an empty stomach; it doesn't sound well. I workout at that time because I don't have time later to do it, and why on an empty stomach?, because I cannot tolerate food that early in the morning, even a small snack like one slice of brown bread and orange juice.
What do you suggest? Thanks in advice.
