I also have one question... I have been doing weight for about 6 months and as i build biceps i am seeing stretchmarks in arms... any prevention tips ... is this gonna stop anytime?... it seems to be growing...

2) Stick to a plan of working out the same time each day.  For me it is in the morning because there is nothing to distract me in the morning.
3)Drink Protein drinks.  If you don't like to mix up the drink(which I don't) keep a supply of already mixed drinks on hand so you have no excuse.  I drink EAS drinks form Walmart and I drink the at room temperature. 
4)Also, by some Glutamine and Creatine(also at walmart and mix with water or fruit juice 1tsp each the hour before you work out.
5)Make sure you take the time to look at yourself and make note of the changes.  Measure your arms, etc. each month to take note of the differnce.
6) If you have trouble keeping the weight on then don't do as much aerobics.
7) Write to me and I will give you encouragement and workout ideas so the workouts always seem fresh and new and not boring.
