i hope this isn't a reduntant question:

i just took the plunge and purchased a container of creatine phosphate
to see if this supplement will benefit me.

before i embarked on this 'trial' i investigated as many facts about
creatine as possible. the general concensis is that creatine phoshate
is indeed a viable component in a muscle-building program. what i
would like to know is should by supplental dose (powder in water 6g
product)be taken right after my workout (supplier's reccomendation)
or 1 hour prior to my workout (reccomendations of different articles)?
Also, should i take the creatine on days that i do not workout?

i might add that i do not take supplental protein or amino acid
products since i believe my requirements are being satisfied by my
normal(for my needs) diet.

thanks!

tom d.

This is a good question. I find what works best for me is to to take creatine consistently for a period of several weeks and I start really feeling the effect...

I agree, although I wrote privately to the sender. I think creatine is a support for recovery, not the workouts. Alan ... If you can dream it, you can do it!...
