Hello everyone, I am 25 years old, and weigh 350 pounds. I studied
weight lifting in highschool and tried out for the football team but
was unable to play because I ripped the ligaments in my knee.. Later I
herniated 3 discs in my back. I only wighed 250 in high school, but
I'm 6'1" tall. Even as overweight as I am You can still easily feel
my ribs and see my collar bone. My calves are still muscle as are my
quads. I can still flex them and you can see the cuts, the same with
my forearms and biceps. The main places I carry the fat are my inner
thighs, belly, and some on the tricps area. I have been working on my
back and knee and feel that they are in decent enough shape for me to
begin weight training again. Now I have the time now that I'm, done
with school. I want to increase my strength and drop fat. I want to
drop down to about 200, but I would be happy with 225. I'm open to
any suggestions as what I studied had more to do with power than
anything. But now I realize that eventually I want to compete as a
body builder. I'm not looking for a get Thin Quick thing. It took
years for me to get this out of shape and it will take a couple of
years to get back in. Any one willing and able to help me?
