Hiya,

Thanks for your reply. What's the difference between those two
protein?

Also, I am a pretty hard gainer, I am difficult in putting on weight.
Any further advice I can take?

Protein Isolate for pre and post workout consumption and casein based
proteins for the remainder of the day. Many of the available protein
powders are a blend with Whey Concentrate. Although this is not the
best form, it is cheaper and still suitable for adding mass.

Hi there The basic idea is 1-1.5 gram of protein per pound of body weight. I've seen some people suggesting more, but I don't think the body can do anything...

roughly 1 gram per pound of body wieght during training...half that if you are not training. hope this helps...
