roughly 1 gram per pound of body wieght during training...half that
if you are not training.

Hi there The basic idea is 1-1.5 gram of protein per pound of body weight. I've seen some people suggesting more, but I don't think the body can do anything...

Hey Jason Your protein consumption should be at a level of one gram per pound of lean body mass. If you need to use supplements then look for Whey Protein...
