I'm the co-Founder and webmaster for the National Sport Blowgun
Association (NSBA)- the USA affiliate of the International Fukiyado
Association (IFA).

I live in the Lehigh Valley area of Eastern Pennsylvania, USA

Thank you for promoting the sport in your region. I wish you great
success in your efforts, and hope you meet you in person ... I feel
it would be a great honor. This time in the history of sport
competition blowgun target shooting will be looked at reverently as
the roots of what we hope will be the beginning of a new Olympic
sport. We are hoping to have the sport sanctioned by the
International Olympic Committee (IOC), at least in exhibition, for
the 2016 Olympics. We have some of the requirements satisfied - we
currently have 12 participating nations. The IOC requires 75. The IOC
requires national competitions, and international competitions. We're
in the process of encouraging friends and family in non-participating
nations to join our efforts. If you have contacts in some of those
nations, and they share our sport, please encourage them to start up
an organization and promote the sport in their nation. They can
contact me, Dr. Higichi in Japan, or Stephane for more information on
getting organized. A list of IFA affiliated national members can be
