"Caveman" runs the DSVB (German Sport Blowgun Association).
There is a thread on his forum, asking if blowgunners would compete if
there were a national competition there.

Germany has one of the oldest national sport blowgun organizations,
founded in 2001, affiliated with the International Fukiyado
Association.
