I will send an e-mail out to all National Organization chairmen, and
Dr. Higuchi, asking them to provide you with a preliminary count of
potential competitors.

I will contact all current NSBA members, and take a poll to see how
many are interested from the USA.

The numbers you receive will be preliminary, and as new membership
(hopefully) increases with time, the actual count closer to the time
may change.

You will need to set a cut-off date for registration (Maybe 6 months in
advance). You will need to re-ask for a more definate count
(commitment) at a later time - maybe by the last day of May, 2006.
