Some of you know I hurt my back two weeks ago and have been out of the
saddle ever since. I made my first ride tonight and did OK. I spun an
easy 15 miles around the city so I started and stopped a lot, lots of
bumps and some upgrades and actually I feel better than when I
started. I think as long as I stretch and hyperflex at the feed
stations and just take my time I'll be OK for the ride.
