well the skiing was not all that great.  It was ok in the beginning but I don't know if there was not enough snow or the ground is not frozen but it ended up being very sticky.  I walked about 1 1/2  miles out of the woods because the snow was really sticking to my skis.  maybe waxables and the knowledge of the correct wax would be ok but my waxless ski did not work well at all.
