Howdy All!

Does anyone know if the old Muleshoe Curve rail bed is open to mountain bikes? I have been eyeing it up but want to see if anyone knows the rules before I go launching down the trail and break some law. The owners, the Game Commission and the NPS aren't always bike friendly.
