Components are Shimano RX100 which means index shifters on the downtube
I believe it was even a triple.

The paint is in great shape, it shifts and brakes smoothly. I believe
for the cost of some new tires, bar tape and a good washing someone
could be riding the bike on a Saturday.

The frame is probably a 55 or 57 cm.
