Hi,
That is Quite well written. For me, every horse I start under harness
must go very well in a Halter and lines "Before" they can move on to
the next stage. My reason is if they can't repect you with just a
halter, then they sure are not going to with anything else. I have a 4
year old I am working now and she has a major mind of her own. But she
is learning to work with me and to pay attention.
It is right, not every method or piece of equipment is going to work
for every horse.
Owner must access their skill level, and the temperament of their
horse(S) to decide with method of training is best for them.
The most important thing is to stay safe.
