Hello Giovanni,
perhaps it helps if you direktly contact one person instead of the whole team
where anybody could, but everybody thinks that somebody will ...
From the profiles, it looks like Annik would be your best contact:

annik@...
One shop that sends spares on short notice (at least inside Germany, but
possibly whole Euro-zone) is faltrad-direktor.de in Berlin (Christoph is not
Italian speaking).
If you desribe your problem here (or in a PM to me), I will look for a solution.
I have built two of my Birdies from scratch, so I might have encountered your
difficulties in the process. I stock no spares apart from rims, tubes and some
tyres, though.
If you look for information, you should have a look at
http://www.birdy-freunde.de/
which contains a wealth of information on Birdy-related matters with lots of
self-explanatory pictures. Texts are mostly in German only, but a translation
program might still give a pretty good idea.

reseller where to buy the spare parts, but they didn't reply. Secondly I think
that Riese und Mueller have to support directly the customers of countries where
isn't any retailer or have to clearly indicate on their WEB pages one or more
international reseller that these customers can contact.
