Don't! Oil dissolves the grease that lubricates the hub and
would do more harm than good.

I see 2 possible reasons for your hub noise problem:
- the spokes are not tight enough, does the noise decrease if
you move your weight further to the front wheel of the bike?
- dirt inside your hub

Tightening the spokes is simple, cleaning and regreasing the
hub is not so it may be a good idea to let an experienced bike
shop do the job for you.
