Kevin,
Going over my gps data from yesterday's ride I noticed my heart rate climbed to 172 bpm (110% of max) just before you went ahead of me and pulled me up that slight grade - thanks for the assist when I needed it.

Usual route from the "Y" gives me about 30 miles so it would have worked out just fine - then the group decided to go around Cloverleaf, 30 went to 40. After I left Beth and rode through GH, I realized I would have 88 miles in by the time I got home -- now I'm not about to stop at just 88 miles so I ended-up doing a century (100.52 miles).

Watch for this slow moving bike during the early morning portion of your ride - in turn, I will try not to blink (if I blink, I would probably miss you as you passed me).
