that's right. the law does state that vehicles must pass slower vehicles on the
left. however, the pasadena rose bowl ride is not "slower vehicles". In fact,
police have clocked the riders to go as fast as mid-30mph where the speed limit
is 35/40mph. Because of this, not only is the pasadena rosebowl ride flowing so
smoothly that it is not blocking traffic, but it IS TRAFFIC!
