The nearest class 1 bike path would most likely be the San Gabriel River path.  You can enter it at valley blvd. It's about 5 miles from where you are. Just drive west on Valley blvd, towards el monte. When you cross the river, look for an entrance to the path. I don't know about parking in that area. I would also suggest you get an LA metro map. It has all the class 1,2& 3 bike paths listed in L.A. County. You can get the map free by googling "bike paths los angeles" It is a PDF file. I hope that helps.
