Wow. Quite a trip for one day. Reseda Blvd. Ventura Blvd. and east to Sepulveda Pass. Go south over the Santa Monica mountains. Sepulveda continues south past Culver City towards LAX area where you can cut west on Westchester towards the beach path. Continue on beach path south to Torrance Beach where it dead ends. Proceed up Palos Verdes Drive over towards San Pedro. Research how to continue towards Long Beach straight down Ocean Avenue and through Naples to PCH. Take Pacific Coast Highway from Seal Beach straight down. Good luck!

www.bikemetro.com provides route that are intended for bicyclists. 
The routing program prefers bikepaths, bike lanes, and bike routes.  I
have found it helpful when planning routes.
