I ride the Griffith Park trail sometimes from victory to los Feliz.
I saw that the bike path could follow the river all the wsay to long
Beach. does anyone know if they connect or the best path to connect
the two?

The bike crosses Thathcer and becomes undeveloped and as your not familiar with path go slow riding through the conduits (dips) they are rough after about 4-5 ...

... They do not connect. The stretch you mention goes down to the last mini park just before riverside dr. crosses over the river. If you don't get off there...
