Hi all,
I plan to buy a bike primarily for fitness (cardio and strength
training for legs). What kind of bike is recommended for this -
mountain or road bike? For a person that runs 5mph for 30 minutes,
how many miles\hours would I have to spend on a bike for the same
kind of workout? Any input would be appreciated. Also, are there any
good bikes under $500 that anyone can recommend?
