I'm a student conducting research for Loyola Marymount University who
is working with the Baldwin Hills Conservacy in order to compile
information concerning the improvements proposed for the Ballona
Creek bike trail.  I wanted to find out if anyone would be more
inclined to ride the Ballona bike trail if improvements were made to
the appearance and safety of the bike trail.  Some proposed additions
include landscaping with natural vegitation, safety
measures,additional access points, improved water quality, trail
connections to Culver City bike trails and to the Baldwin Hills park,
possible trail expansion for pedestrian traffic and pedestrian/bike
bridges in order to cross the creek.  Please let me know your
thoughts and concerns as well as what you would like to see improved
along the Ballona Creek bike trail.  Thank you.
