Linda,
I got on at Telegraph once. My memory is a little hazy, but as I recall the
entrance was quite easy to find. I parked just east of the river in a
residential development. There is a dirt path parallel to Telegraph that
takes you to the river. You have to cross railroad tracks and go through a
hole in a fence to get to the bike path.
