I suggest you try contacting Richard Debernardis at president@.... He is the founder of Perimeter Bicycling and the El Tour de Tucson. He has been putting on Bicycle races with the proceeds going to charity for, I believe, 25 years. He is a great guy. If he is busy try talking to anyone in his office.
