I just want to clear up one thing in the previous
post.
I did not complained to the park rangers of Balboa
Park about the Bikes Only sign on the Bike Path. I
complained about the pedestrian, joggers, etc., on the
bike path, and then they told me about the following
law, and then took the sign down. I never complained
about the Bikes Only sign on the Bike Path.
