I took that safety course last year so I could pre-ride the course. It was a
joke, nothing about cycling. It was set up for all range activity. If you do
anything off the blacktop, you need to take the course. Don't know if it's been
changed.

Also, last year or so, a rumor surfaced about not being able to ride those
trails during the year until you complete some kind of safety course on the
base, which is only offered on Mondays at 6pm. Has anyone done this ? Thanks,
