Tuesday July 4, 2006
All Day
This event repeats every week.
Notes:
BIKE-LAWTON ORGANIZED RIDES:

ALL RIDE TIMES ARE WHEN THE RIDE STARTS!

Tuesday 6:00 PM, Start @ Atwoods
(25 - 40 miles, 1 moderate to fast group)

Wednesday 6:00 PM Start @ Atwood's
Letra Loop (25 miles) - No Drop ride

Thursday 6:00 PM, Start @ Atwoods
(25 - 40 miles, 1 moderate to fast group)

Saturday 7:00 AM, Start @ Atwoods
(30-70 miles, good pace, base ride)

Sunday 8:00 AM, Start @ Country Mart
(Recovery ride, 15 - 16 mph)


All rides have plenty of turn arounds
for shorter distances.
