Mark: Several of us "Geezers" ride from Atwoods about 30 miles each time starting at 7;30 AM Wednesday and Saturday..Road bikes avg 16 MPH..Other groups

I am new to this. What do the weekly rides consist of? What does base ride mean? Does everyone ride on road bikes or hybrids or what? Thanks. Mark.
