Last year PSU brought in two new recruits.  This is typical of the Penn State four year cycle.  This year they have one, albeit apparently outstanding, committment in Kattie Kabbes.  This does not seem to be the typical PSU recruiting pattern.  Is it because of redshirts, too much depth,  scholarships offered to walk ons, or lack of interest in the PSU WVB program?  If none of the above, your insights are appreciated.
