Wow, brings back memories. Saw and worked many a match with every one of
these players with the exceptions of McCahill and Hoosline.

Matt is right, the 1995 MN-IL match was the 'battle of the leftside titans'.
I was R1. Seemingly every set floated high and left, I thought Borske and
DeDecker's arms were going to literally drop off. Still, they battled
furiously and took the match tempo on their shoulders. It reminded me of
watching a Russia v. Poland match, every set a high ball, or using the old
cliché, "Strategy is simple. We set ball high, we hit ball hard."
