After visiting with folks at the annual banquet last Sunday, it sounds like this week's spinning class is going to be a regular Big Crank-fest!  HUGE Class!  Come on by and add your beautiful self to the mix!  We'd love to see you there!

Here's the scoop: 

What: Big Crank Spinning Classes

When: Every Thursday evening, 7:00PM (arrive a few minutes early to change and get your spinning bike set up)

Where: St. Louis Spinning, 524 Hanley Industrial Court, St Louis, MO 63144

Attire: Cycling shorts and jersey or shorts and t-shirt, what ever you are comfortable in. Helmets are NOT required for this event!

Bring: Water, Towel, 6 dollars, and your fabulous self!
