With this gorgeous weather, many of us have taken to the open road,
but
I wanted to assure you that your Big Crank Spinning classes
continue as
long as there is sufficient interest. If you've never taken a
spinning
class, this is an excellent opportunity to stop by and check it out!

We meet at St. Louis Spinning a little before 7:15PM. Come join the

Here's the scoop!

What: Big Crank Spinning Classes

When: Every Monday evening, 7:15PM (arrive a few minutes early to
change and get your spinning bike set up)

Where: St. Louis Spinning, 524 Hanley Industrial Court, St Louis,
MO 63144

Attire: Cycling shorts and jersey or shorts and t-shirt, what ever
you are comfortable in. Helmets are NOT required for this event!

Bring: Water, Towel, 6 bucks, and your fabulous self!
