her apron pocket so come on by and get your legs tuned up for the warm
cycling season that is just around the corner. Awesome music and a
tough workout! We meet at St. Louis Spinning a

Here's the scoop!

What: Big Crank Spinning Classes

When: Every Monday evening, 7:15PM (arrive a few minutes early to
change and get your spinning bike set up)

Where: St. Louis Spinning, 524 Hanley Industrial Court, St Louis,
MO 63144

Attire: Cycling shorts and jersey or shorts and t-shirt, what ever
you are comfortable in. Helmets are NOT required for this event!

Bring: Water, Towel, 6 bucks, and your fabulous self!
