It is absolutely gorgeous outside today, and if you're like me, you've been enjoying this weather from the WRONG side of the window pane!  So, if you've been trapped indoors all day, get your bike groove on and come on by tonight for another sizzling Big Crank Spinning Class.  Awesome music and a tough workout!  We meet at St. Louis Spinning a little before 7:15PM.  Come join the fun and I'll see you there!

Here's the scoop!

What: Big Crank Spinning Classes

When:  Every Monday evening, 7:15PM (arrive a few minutes early to change and get your spinning bike set up)

Where:  St. Louis Spinning, 524 Hanley Industrial Court, St Louis, MO 63144 

Attire:  Cycling shorts and jersey or shorts and t-shirt, what ever you are comfortable in.  Helmets are NOT required for this event! 

Bring:  Water, Towel, 6 bucks, and your fabulous self!
