Hey Gang! Happy 2007! I wanted to send out a reminder that there
will be no spinning class this evening, but don't let that holiday
couch root grow too deep, because next Monday, January 8th, we
are "Back in the Saddle" with our Big Crank Spinning classes once
again 7PM. I don't know about you all, but all of this holliday
eating has made me feel like a slug. I can't wait to get back on that
bike! See you next Monday!
