Back due to popular demand is lots and lots of our O'Fallon Pumpkin
Beer. Brewed right here in O'Fallon with real pumpkin, cinnamon,
cloves and nutmeg, this tasty concoction is smooth and delicious. And
this year you should be able to find it....while it lasts! We're
brewing over 4,000 cases this year (compared to about 500 last year),
and we'll have plenty for our hometown along with some for other
markets...Chicago, Denver, Louisville...who love our beer, too!


To celebrate, join us at a Pumpkin Kick-off Party:

We're having two and both will feature music, food and "buck a bottle"
Pumpkin Beer. The first one includes local pumpkin prepared in a
variety of creative ways and the second highlights local musicians.
Come to one or come to both...and bring your friends!

Owner Andy Ayers has planned a "Pumpkin Push-off" menu including
Pumpkin Chili, Pickled Pumpkin, Pumpkin Lasagna, Pumpkin, Leek and
Missouri Goatcheese Gratin and Pumpkin/Adobo Scones. "I've elicited a
promise from at least one farmer to provide real, honest-to-goodness
Homegrown Missouri Pumpkins by the end of next week, allowing us to
avoid the indignity of using canned pumpkin as an ingredient as well
as the mendacity of painting watermelons orange for decoration," he
said.
