RE: [big-cube-cady] Big Cad in a 1988 ford Turbocoupe

Naaah, just one hell of a street car. LOL!!! Depending on the rear gear and
how wild the engine is, going conservatively you could make you real quick
sleeper, going wild would probably have you wrapped around a telephone pole.
I do not have a swap guide for any Ford body styles, but if you do get it in
there, I'd like some details. My buddy and I are thinking of doing an early
Mustang 65-68 and swapping a BB Cad in there would be the icing on the cake.
Later--Dustin

Subject: [big-cube-cady] Big Cad in a 1988 ford Turbocoupe

I am parting out my 88 TC but am keeping the body and suspension.
what I am doing is completely stripping the interior trunk doors, no
heater or AC. I am thinking that I will put A 500 or my 72 472 in it.
I have seen a couple of mustangs with a 500s in them. So it shouldnt
be too much trouble to put one in a thunderbird. I would like to get
the car to 2600-2800lbs. So what do you guys think? This is going to
be a track car only.
