bicyclist worse than other vehicle roadway users.

Bikelanes ARE NOT bicycling facilities. Bikelanes are bad
education, bad policy and bad design. Lack of bikelanes
is not a negative reflection on any community.

Each and every public roadway is a bicycling facility.
