The following looks fine enough, but it seems like the long way to get
to the point. What we need is bicycle routes that match or parallel the
major auto routes. That should be the policy. The "point to point"
route I need is from the point where I am to the point where I am
going. With a general policy of "matching all major auto routes with
bicycle routes" we can all do this.
