Hi gang:

I just did a fairly lengthy telephone interview with an Alyssa (I
think) ___ from the News & Record, she was following up on that Reuters
News Service article that has been getting a lot of ink nationwide.. In
any case, I took the opportunity to heavily promote B.I.G. and the
state of things. Cross your fingers that we don't end up on the editing
room floor but instead get a good bit of positive press!

Also, You all may have noticed that Mitchell Johnson, an ex-cycles de
ORO employee who I mentioned last night, has been made the Greensboro
City manager.. This is a huge positive for cycling. Of course he will
be in the pressure cooker, having to deal with politics and finances,
but this is a person who loves cycling...
