Having problems with message search?
hi to all...
i added a speed topo route map to this page that shows the speed we achieved on the route in colors like roygbivm, overlayed on a 50% transparent topo map. maybe this'll be useful to show the ups and downs more easily. red is slow and it shifts to magenta as we reach almost 36 at the haw river where we didn't take the downhill turn but braked a bit and caught some air as we decided what to do and rolled downhill, slowing ourselves a bit. next time we'll bomb that and just skate back to the turn! well worth it. hope you like this. it's added to the previous page...

skateylove y'all. hope you like the photos from the cycles de oro training ride. i also made a google earth map with
thumbnails of the photos placed on the route map for the ride. there's one piece where we decided not to make the downhill left but enjoy the downhill to the river then come back up and turn right (it's on the northern extent of the route). enjoy. i'm working on another map or two from the data and may post here if it get it done.

the kmz google earth route map with photo thumbnails...at the start/fin this is not a great way to look at the pics, but on the route it's perhaps useful or interesting...
