recycling discarded bicycle parts   Message List

Resource Revival is a small, Oregon-based company that collects tons of discarded bicycle parts every year from bike shops all over the United States. The company then cleans them using mild detergents, sorts them into more categories than you can possibly imagine, and crafts them into the cool products that you see on its website.

The mission of Resource Revival is to create innovative products from recycled materials, to provide meaningful, living wage jobs, and to have fun. They envision a sustainable future where commerce flourishes in a world powered by renewable energy, and where consumers are conscious of the origin of the food they eat, the energy they consume, and the products they buy.

Buying recycled products ''closes the loop'' and helps keep used parts out of landfills. It also keeps products made from new materials from being made in the first place.See  Resource Revival’s website for more information.

Thanks for recycling!
